Biography
Corinna is currently a PhD candidate at the Wicking Dementia Research and Education Centre and the School of Nursing and Midwifery. The aim of her PhD is to explore mechanisms which affect agency of those living alone with dementia. She holds a BSc in Science and an MSc in Experimental Pathology and Toxicology. Before initiating her PhD she worked for 18 years in the area of regulatory affairs within the Pharmaceutical Industry. Specifically with experience covering R&D of new chemical entities, manufacturing, regulatory compliance, auditing and training. She was a keynote speaker and organiser of a regulatory training programme for the pharmaceutical Industry of Ireland for two consecutive years.
