Biography

Jessica took up the Administration Officer position for the Wicking Dementia Research and Education Centre and the Tasmanian Healthy Brain Project, after completing a Bachelor of Food Science and Nutrition at Deakin University in Melbourne. Jess has an interest in the effects of nutrients on the developing brain of children and hopes one day to further her studies in this area.
