Strengthening the Dementia Care Workforce: Identifying Strategies to Enhance Service Provider Capacity
Little is known about community dementia care workers' capacity and training needs, as well as their perceptions of congruence between organisational and personal work values. The primary aim of The Dementia Care Workers Project is to investigate previously unexplored potential intra-personal employee resource variables, and their relationship to workers' job satisfaction and intention to remain in dementia care work.
