The Wicking Centre Academy has partnered with Gravitas Consulting, a leader in the field of Aged Care Leadership and Organisational Capability Development, to offer a series of Clinical Leadership Development Programs for both established and emerging clinical leaders in the aged care setting. Completion of these programs offers participants the opportunity of attaining an Advanced/Diploma of Management through our partner RTO, Orpheus Consulting Group. Organisations may be eligible for financial assistance through a range of government initiatives to facilitate employee involvement in these programs.
Clinical Leadership Development Programs
A Certificate of Attendance will be provided for participants attending single workshops.
Participants completing the series of eight workshops, and successfully completing assessment requirements, will be offered the opportunity to be awarded an Advanced Diploma of Management (Executive program) or Diploma of Management (Foundations Program) through our partnering Registered Training Organisation, Orpheus Consulting.

Today's Aged Care sector presents a challenging landscape for senior leaders; requiring strong strategic acumen, excellent decision making and well developed people leadership. Our Executive Leadership program provides challenging content, relevant strategies and tools to support experienced leader wishing to unlock the potential of their organisation and the opportunity to engage and network with others who are confronting similar challenges and opportunities.

Foundations Program

Leaders drive culture and performance within their teams and their ability to positively influence their people can directly impact an organisation's success. For emerging leaders in the aged care sector, the transition to a new role can be daunting and often requires skills that were not previously developed in other roles. This intensive experiential program will help new and emerging leaders to gain the insights and confidence they need to make the successful transition from high performing team member to high performing leader.
