The Work Health and Safety Act 2012 require that certain procedures be followed when electing Health and Safety Representatives and also outline certain functions that a Health Safety Representatives (HSR) can utilise in order to promote and encourage a healthy and safe workplace for all workers.

Below are two processes available to run an election in the event that you receive more than one nominee;
