Emergency Incident Management (EIM) needs are to be clearly defined: who will be available (both during and outside normal working hours) to prevent, prepare for, respond to critical incidents. The procedures for contacting these people is to be clearly displayed around the workplace, available to all staff and kept up to date.
Commercial Services Development (CSD) coordinate a number of emergency related essential services, including fire system maintenance, the annual Building Maintenance Statement and Emergency Warden Training.
