Emergency Incident Management (EIM) needs to be clearly defined: who will be available (both during and outside normal working hours) to prevent, prepare for, respond to critical incidents, the procedures for contacting these people needs to be clearly displayed around the workplace and available to all staff. Changes to these nominations and procedures must be kept up to date.
Commercial Services Development (CSD) coordinate a number of related essential services including fire system maintenance, the annual Building Maintenance Statement and Emergency Warden Training. Further information is available at the Commercial Services Development (CSD) website, refer Emergency Management Contacts and Procedures.
A list of current Emergency Wardens is available on the Commercial Services Development website located "View database of emergency wardens for UTAS buildings"
To advise of any changes to Warden Listings, or for any queries on Emergency Management Training, please contact Alan Mason on 6226 2612.
