The Free Flu Vaccinations will be held at the following campuses:

PLEASE NOTE:

• You can book in for any of the appointments if, for example, you are a Newnham staff member who is in Hobart during the Sandy Bay vaccinations, you should be able to book one of those appointments. Please do not book more than one appointment as sessions fill quickly.
• Participation is completely voluntary and at no cost to the individual or their budget centre. You will be required to sign a medical consent form (printable when you make your booking) but Provax has the absolute right to refuse to vaccinate any person who they consider to be medically at risk.

• Medical enquiries (eg. "should I have a flu vaccination?") should be directed to your GP, to Provax, or to the nurse on the day ( this may include asking about ingredients in the vaccination that you may be allergic to).  Any general program enquiries can be made to Kathryn Ashton on 6298 (or Nicki Brown on 2704).
