The University of Tasmania Cultural Awareness to Competence Framework was introduced to provide academic staff developing curricula with guidance and assistance. There are 5 components or levels of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander competency. For staff looking to introduce a component of Aboriginal cultural awareness into their degree, the Cultural Awareness to Competence Framework can be found here:

Footprints Online

Footprints Online is an online training module teachers can access for their students to undertake through MyLO - My Learning Online. The module is a timely and assessable method of increasing student cultural awareness regarding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
