Please join us for a keynote lecture at our Rozelle campus from the University of Tasmania's Professor David Greenfield, Director of the Australian Institute of Health Service Management (AIHSM) and coordinator of the Doctor of Health Service Management program.
Professor Greenfield will lead a collaborative discussion about how we can individually and collectively find the courage and means to contribute positively to our academic institution and wider community.
Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.
"We now live in a world that has become incredibly focused on demanding things in the immediate instant, glorifying success and individualism. However, a healthy, productive and meaningful working, and personal, life is not achieved in this way.
"Research Week offers an opportunity to reflect upon these matters, to consider what research excellence means and the future you are seeking. Come and engage in a collaborative discussion about these issues," he said.
"The aim is to consider how we can individually and collectively find the courage and means to contribute positively to our academic institution and wider community."
