New alumni online series Explore unveiled

Alumni online series

When our paths take an unexpected turn, it reminds us that the journey can be just as important as the destination.

The University of Tasmania new alumni series Explore provides opportunities for advancement and inspiration.

One of the greatest advantages of being a member of the alumni community is the ability to tap into a group of diverse, interesting and influential individuals with an immense global impact.

Our new webinars offer an exclusive opportunity to connect with your peers: find among them innovators, thought leaders and perhaps even potential collaborators.

Many of you will have received your invitation to our first webinar on Tuesday, June 23 1.00pm-2pm AEST with neuroscientist and alumna Dr Lila Landowski.

Together we will explore the impact of stress and isolation on the brain, tackling the lockdown lows and how to readjust as restrictions are relaxed.

Your response to our first offering has been overwhelming. While attendance is limited and we are already highly subscribed, we will be making the presentation available to you to watch back at your leisure.

We are also delighted to announce that you will soon receive an invitation to take part in another engaging webinar in July on exploring your creative side with an accomplished Tasmanian author.

We’d love to know if there are any topics you would like us to help you explore. Or perhaps you are a member of the alumni community who would like to offer your expertise.
