If your testamur is lost or badly damaged, you can request a replacement by completing the Replacement of Degree Certificate Request (Testamur) form and sending it to UConnect. Replacement costs $150 for a hard copy and digital version. If submitting the form via email, please do not fill out the credit card details; instead, phone 13 8827 (13 UTAS) / +61 3 6226 6200 to make the payment.
Please note, damaged testamurs must be returned to UConnect before the replacement can be issued.
Once you have submitted this it can take up to 4-6 weeks. You will receive an email confirming when your digital testamur (in My eQuals) is ready to be accessed.
Digital testamurs
If you graduated before 2018 and would like a digital version of your testamur, you will need to return your original testamur and order a replacement of both the hard-copy and digital. This is to ensure that both documents match.
