Principles for Responsible Education (PRME)

The School of Business and Economics became a Principles for Responsible Education (PRME) signatory in 2021. The school is committed to the six PRME values (Purpose, Values, Method, Research, Partnership and Dialogue) and advocates responsible management education through teaching, learning and research. We embed sustainability values in our teaching and research and are committed to creating a better future for our students, staff, educational partners, broader community and stakeholders.

We support and promote the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals. Across all sustainable development goals, our university is ranked 25th overall globally, and ranked 1st for Sustainable Development Goal 13 – Climate Action.

The Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) is the world's leading professional organization for risk managers. Our collaborative partnership with GARP enhances the risk management education in our Master of Finance course. CFA Institute University Affiliation Program

The Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program is a globally recognised standard for measuring the competence and integrity of financial analysts. Our Finance courses are recognised by the CFA Institute University Affiliation Program. This is an important signal to our students and potential employers that our finance curriculum is closely tied to the practice of investment management and assists students preparing for the CFA Program exams. This affiliation ensures our curriculum continues to be industry relevant and equips our students for a successful career in finance.
