Business in Mind is a workplace mental health promotion program designed for small to medium enterprise owner/managers.

Stress and poor mental health can have enormous organisational, productivity, social and personal costs, yet managers often don't have the knowledge or skills to manage these issues as effectively or as confidently as they could.

The Business in Mind DVD and resource kit

Large corporate and public-sector settings often have access to human resource support or employer-sponsored psychological services. Smaller organisations can struggle to access similar supports. The Business in Mind DVD and resource kit was created to help fill this gap.
