Business Process Improvement

Responsibility

Improving business processes rests with the Executive Directors responsible for the Function.

Service Delivery Role

Facilitate and encourage, either directly or via third parties, where feedback supports systematic reviews of processes, with an aim to improving the process for more efficient and effective service delivery. Facilitate cross functional opportunities.

Engagement

Quarterly meetings with Function Executive to discuss progress with business process improvement initiatives and feedback areas for improvement. Annual meeting to agree focus for upcoming year.

Outcomes

Demonstrated improvement in business processes across all seven functions in the hub model.

Reporting

Reporting quarterly on progress.

Functions to provide annual plan of focus areas to Hub Managers/General Managers

OtherOutcomes can range in size from Quick Wins through to significant projects. Functional Executive Directors are to consult and engage with Hub Managers around functional planning.
