Joint responsibility for the completion of CI initiatives between the COO Office, University leaders and champions across the University (to be identified) to implement CI opportunities under a defined methodology.

Service Delivery Role

Develop and implement the CI methodology including providing training and support to champions across the University.


Engage with leaders to support the CI methodology and then call for an expression of interest for people interested in becoming CI champions.


A range of non-disruptive improvements initiated and implemented by the staff involved in the activity


Reporting to COO quarterly on progress and CI initiatives.
