A study plan is a great way to help you navigate through your time at University College in an organised way. Every student will develop a different study plan; there is no correct study plan for everyone. Creating a time chart will allow you to see how you spend your time from day to day and to see where you can fit study into your life.
You will need to allow 8-10 hours of study time per subject per week. Start your weekly planner by building in your regular commitments, for example: work, family time, meals and sleep!
Click on each activity icon and add it to the planner. Now look at what blocks of time are left for study? Make sure you are realistic with yourself and don’t over commit. Also consider whether you are a morning or evening person and add your study hours to suit.
Don't forget to print your planner or save as a PDF.
