About the program

As technology evolves, we find new ways to address issues in society and nature. Using UAS (unmanned aerial systems) we can address complex problems like transport planning, climate change and biodiversity management. These drones allow us to collect many forms of data, often in dangerous locations such as unstable lands and the tops of forests.

With the use of drones, we engage students, delivering an informative and interactive workshop discussing the impact that geographers, planners and spatial scientists have on the world.
