About
How are you experiencing everyday life and how do you adapt to changes and challenges? What is important to you and what do you need and want now, and for the future?
The University of Tasmania has established The Tasmania Project to give you a voice and to gather important information that can support good decisions made by and for the community.
Our research team from the Institute for Social Change conducts surveys, interviews and focus groups with Tasmanian residents, gathering information that is summarised as a resource for both the community and decision-makers.
What you tell us will help Tasmanians work together for a strong future.

The project’s aim is to understand how people living in Tasmania are experiencing COVID-19, with findings made available to inform decisions and responses during the crisis and through recovery. We hope that study findings will be used to inform decision-making on COVID-19, to improve responses to major public health events in the future, and to support sound long-term social, economic and cultural policy development.
