The influential role of peers in the provision of supplementary educational support and other services at university is well documented, and a range of theories and research underpin the delivery of these at the University of Tasmania.  XLL200, Peer Learning: Theory and Practice, invites you to explore the theories and principles underpinning peer learning and mentoring, and the current literature and research that informs this space.  Through engagement in online modules and Communities of Practice, students will explore the scholarship of learning and teaching and engage in critical self-reflection to inform and improve their understanding of, and develop their practice (if applicable) in, a peer leading and/or peer education
