Course objectives
Upon completion of the Bachelor of Education with Professional Honours (Geographical Education) graduates will be able to:
- Demonstrate advanced theoretical and practical knowledge in the provision of quality geographical education across diverse contexts;
- Critically analyse, evaluate and transform research findings as well as professional and personal experience to improve geographical education practice in a range of contexts;
- Analyse, generate, communicate, and critically reflect on responses to complex problems;
- Communicate effectively with diverse professional and scholarly communities across a range of platforms.
The units are available fully online and the choice of units can be viewed in the course structure.
Please Note: This course does not qualify graduates as teachers. The appropriate graduate entry course for initial teacher training is the Master of Teaching.
