From 2018, all new students will undertake their studies with a specialisation in Global Education, through the Master of Education (Specialisation) course.

The Master of Education (Global Education) is a one and a half year course intended to enable educators to gain specialist knowledge and skills, including effective research and evidence-gathering skills, and to extend and update their knowledge and to lay a foundation for further professional development in both theory and practice in Global Education. The course will be offered full time or part time by distance on-line, Launceston with some units offered face-to-face.

For domestic students, an alternative pathway to a Master of Education (Global Education) is available on a Commonwealth Supported (CSP) basis for the first eight units through the Bachelor of Education with Professional Honours (Global Education) course.

Students who enrol in and complete four TESOL coursework units in the Bachelor of Education with Professional Honours (Global Education) will be able to exit with the Graduate Certificate in Education (Global Education).
