Introduction
In this unit, you will apply your trade or discipline knowledge and skills to a range of work and learning contexts. This will enable you to build a theoretical understanding of how knowledge and skills are adapted and applied, according to community and professional expectations, and with reference to your own experience of learning. Drawing on your professional experience and new insights into relationship of work to learning, you will be able to communicate the value of your knowledge, skills and workplace learning to date to a non-specialist audience.
*Note: based on Cert III (AQF3) equivalence leading to B.Ed (Applied Learning) CLOs (AQF7). Students who have completed a Cert IV qualification (TAE40116) assessed by an Australian accredited Registered Training Organisation or TAFE will gain credit for this unit.
