Units are offered in attending mode unless otherwise indicated (that is attendance is required at the campus identified). A unit identified as offered by distance, that is there is no requirement for attendance, is identified with a nominal enrolment campus. A unit offered to both attending students and by distance from the same campus is identified as having both modes of study.

Special approval is required for enrolment into TNE Program units.

* The Final WW Date is the final date from which you can withdraw from the unit without academic penalty, however you will still incur a financial liability (see withdrawal dates explained for more information).

Learning Outcomes

1. Identify legislation, policy, and/or standards relevant to the education of students with multiple disabilities and describe their implications for educators.
2. Analyse the educational and developmental needs of students with multiple disabilities, understanding when collaborating with other key professionals is required in this process.
3. Evaluate strategies for collaboration in the planning, implementation, monitoring, and review of educational programs for individuals with multiple disabilities.
4. Collaborate with peers to examine and reflect upon your developing beliefs and attitudes about supporting the education of students with multiple disabilities.
5. Use conventions of academic writing style and referencing to communicate and analyse key concepts related to supporting students with multiple disabilities.
