- Identify, appropriate to your specialisation (EC or Primary), a range of learning theories and pedagogies for teaching mathematics.
- Consider beliefs about mathematics and mathematics learners and the implications for practice.
- Plan, develop, implement, analyse and reflect upon worthwhile mathematical teaching experiences that incorporate appropriate pedagogical principles.
- Describe the features of a worthwhile mathematical task and justify why tasks and discourse are important for mathematical learning.

Task 3: Exam, 1200 words (30%)
