Directed Leadership Project ESH711
This unit is being phased out, no new enrolments are being taken.
Introduction
This unit is designed to support you to undertake a research project based in a school context. It has the flexibility to be tailored to allow you to conduct an inquiry project into one aspect of the pedagogy, structure, leadership or curriculum of a school, or any other aspect of education that is deemed to be of interest or benefit to students or education more broadly.
The unit is comprised of three modules. In the first, you will identify a specific area of inquiry and conduct a literature review on the key research in the area. The second requires you to identify a focused question which will form the basis of your inquiry, and to design your research. The third module requires you to undertake a small research project, collect and analyse the results and present relevant findings.
