Introduction

This unit requires the student to draw extensively on the knowledge and skill base established in Recording and Sound Reinforcement and requires the students to focus on the development of industry-standard project-based applications of advanced audio post-production techniques for TV, radio and film, including 7:1 surround-mixing and processing techniques, location field recording, film nomenclature and terminology, and advanced audio and music-specific electronic theory.
