Introduction

This is the continuation of HEG101 German 1A. It is an intensive beginners' unit, which in conjunction with HEG101 aims to provide students with a comprehensive introduction to the main structures of the German language. During the four contact hours of this course the four language skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing) are taught employing a communicative method. The course is suitable for students who have completed HEG101 or who demonstrate equivalent competency.
