Introduction
This unit involves the development of advanced writing, editing and administrative skills in the production of a high quality peer reviewed Law Journal - the University of Tasmania Law Review (UTLR) or Journal of Information & Science (JLIS). Students will receive tuition in editing and advanced legal writing skills, the concept of publishable quality and will be introduced to legal publishing and editing. To be eligible for this unit students must be in the two final years of law study and be performing at a Hons 1st or 2nd Upper level in law studies to date. Students must have demonstrated writing skills, teamwork and an interest and/or experience in publishing.
