Introduction
Provides an overview of the legal issues arising in the online environment. The unit covers internet crime and other crimes facilitated by the internet, offensive content, electronic commerce, including privacy, consumer protection, and establishing contracts over the internet, jurisdiction and choice of law and selected issues in intellectual property law.
