The Graduate Diploma is offered part-time only, over four semesters. The maximum time for completion is five years. With the exceptions of Child and Family Health Nursing and Mental Health/Psychiatric Nursing all specialisations are offered completely online. In most specialisations, students must have access to clinical practice in the specialty area.
Please note that graduate programs are offered subject to student demand and the availability of School of Nursing resources.
Course objectives
The School of Nursing aims to create an educational environment that values critical reflective thinking, life-long learning and professional development.
Career outcomes
Graduates are able to further their career development by progressing to a Master of Clinical Nursing or a research Master of Nursing.
