Introduction
Delivery of health services requires the application of proven interventions. Practitioners in health service areas must be able to evaluate information they receive to make evidence based decisions in order to justify the care that they provide to patients. This unit will begin to enable participants to understand the concepts and methods of research so that they are able to locate and evaluate evidence and interpret its relevance to their practise and profession.
