Hobart

Introduction

This unit is designed to complement the theoretical on-line units in the Remote and Polar Stream by providing the opportunity to gain a suite of practical and procedural skills that are essential for remote health care but difficult to obtain with conventional teaching patterns.

Students will undertake practical training in radiography, real time ultrasound, regional anaesthesia, dentistry, and physiotherapy.
