Professional Practice B CAM706

This unit has a face-to-face intensive. For any enquiries please contact U.Connect@utas.edu.au.

Introduction

CAM705 and CAM706 are presented as a sequenced two-unit integrated pathway. The Professional Practice Pathway: Advanced Leadership for Guiding Transformation (CAM705/706) is an opportunity for students, who have completed the required earlier levels of either the Master Leadership, Health & Human Services (M7S) MLHH or the Master Healthcare Redesign (M7Z) MHR courses, to complete their Master’s degrees in a unique way. This Professional Practice Pathway (PPP) provides an intensive, work-integrated learning experience including advanced study in leadership, workplace projects and reflective learning. These support a program of learning for mastery of leadership skills that can be applied in the broad fields of health and human service settings. The Pathway aims to provide students with an opportunity to experience transformation in levels of self-awareness and thinking as well as to develop the knowledge and skills to know how to create environments where others can flourish and where systems can be transformed.
