Introduction

This unit introduces theories underpinning the complex needs of the person requiring rehabilitation nursing. Through exploration of the literature, students will explore rehabilitation theories incorporating theories of disability, epidemiology and rehabilitation principles to guide development of the rehabilitation nurse.
