Rehabilitation Nursing 2 CNA504
Introduction
This unit is designed to be experiential and practice focused. It will focus on the complex health care needs of patients requiring specialized rehabilitation interventions in the community and acute care setting. The practice skills required to address complex nursing situations including person centred care, case management and team leadership will be covered in this unit. Students will have the opportunity to tailor their studies through contracted learning.
