Introduction
Project Management for Health Professionals provides students with the foundational knowledge required to appreciate and implement practical approaches to project management in health sciences. Students will extend their skills in incorporating research evidence into health care practice through developing skills of conducting needs assessments and project management. This unit has a focus on developing the strategies necessary to initiate, plan, implement, evaluate, finalise and disseminate the results of a health sciences project.
