Units are offered in attending mode unless otherwise indicated (that is attendance is required at the campus identified). A unit identified as offered by distance, that is there is no requirement for attendance, is identified with a nominal enrolment campus. Learning Outcomes

1. Analyse and predict the behaviour of DC circuits.

2. Analyse single and three phase AC circuits under steady state conditions.

3. Solve problems by applying fundamental electrical quantities, fundamental circuit analysis methods and methods of linear circuit analysis.

4. Analyse the transient behaviour of RC, RL and RLC circuits.
