In Work Term 3 students will have greater undertaking in their selected engineering discipline and become more experienced and proficient with design procedures than in the preceding work terms. Students are expected to acquire improved speed and accuracy in their work and at the same time accept greater responsibility and be able to function with less direct supervision. Self-confidence and initiative as well as improved analytical skills are expected to have developed at this stage in the student's engineering education.
