This unit provides students with the theory and practice of strategic management emphasising application to theTransport and Logistics industry. The unit focuses on strategic thinking and decision making whilst analysing the strategic management process. Examples are provided to demonstrate how the process works in practice.

Some sessions are intensive activity based working on a strategic plan. Distance: Study guides and readings. |
