Introduction
This unit is designed to assist students to meet the requirements of postgraduate coursework study at an Australian university. It is of particular benefit to students who are recently returning to study and international students. Studio workshops are held on learning cultures, approaches and expectations; critical thinking and analysis; academic integrity; and writing reports and essays. During workshops, students will receive guidance and support in both group settings and individually. In teaching, an emphasis is placed on drawing from the diverse international, national, and local experiences of students. Students have opportunities to practice and refine their study and writing skills through workshop activities.
