Introduction
This unit introduces you to some more advanced principles and practice of developing secure web deployments and covers topics and technologies related to Cloud Computing and their practical implementations. Students will use a cloud platform to create well-architected deployments of secure distributed applications.

- Analyse security and performance issues in traditional and cloud-based web application
- Develop a configuration plan for cloud resources to support scalable and high-performing web application
- Apply appropriate countermeasures and prevention techniques to secure a web application
- Design Cloud based web application using the modern architectural pattern to support business requirements
