Computer Graphics and Animation: Principles and Programming KIT307
Introduction
This unit will look at the creation and use of 2- and 3-dimensional graphical information and animations. The mathematical and algorithmic techniques used in generating computer graphics will be covered, as well as the programming methods to build the tools needed to implement them. Topics will include 2D drawing algorithms, matrix transformations, 3D representations, key-frames and other animation techniques, lighting and shading.
