Introduction
The objective of this unit is for students to experience the application of ICT in addressing industry needs by integrating theoretical knowledge with practical applications and experiences. Students will have the opportunity to experience areas of their chosen profession before graduation and to reflect on how their studies have prepared them for the work environment. Students will experience a workplace environment and will be able to develop their communication, time management, and customer service skills through serving on a helpdesk for 6 hours per week.
