Cloud Computing Administration KIT722

Introduction

As more and more organizations are opting to use cloud computing services, the role of an IT administrator is changing to involve more automation, virtualisation and flexible deployments rather than low level management of physical servers. This unit introduces tools for secure, scalable and highly available deployment and administration of IT infrastructure in cloud computing environments.
This unit will explain the differences between cloud administration and traditional IT infrastructure. In this unit students will learn how to create automatic and repeatable deployments of networks and systems into cloud environments. Student will be able to create virtual networks and secure resources within a cloud computing environment. Students will learn how to build cloud infrastructure and solve problems of scalability and security and troubleshoot real world scenarios.
