Introduction

Students will be permitted to enrol in honours in Agricultural Science provided: (a) they have achieved an adequate standard,, normally a credit average in group 3 units, and (b) that a suitable project and supervisor is available. Honours thesis is to be completed in accordance with the notes and instructions available from the Honours Coordinator. The honours program consists of a research project determined following consultation with the supervisor and approved by the Head of School. Students must prepare a detailed research proposal at an early stage of their project work, prepare a review of relevant literature, present a seminar on the research undertaken and submit a thesis on completion of their project
