Introduction
(a) they have achieved an adequate standard, normally a credit average in Group 3 units, and (b) that a suitable project and supervisor are available.
The honours program consists of a research project (100% internal assessment) and following consultation with the supervisor and approval by the Head of School may also include a coursework component to a maximum of 25% weighting. Students must prepare a detailed research proposal at an early stage of their project work, prepare a review of relevant literature, present a seminar on the research undertaken and submit a thesis on completion of their project.
Enrolment consists of four 25% units as follows: KLA478, KLA479, KLA485, KLA486.
