Hobart
This unit is classed as a restricted unit and available to Master of Applied Science students.
Introduction
In this unit students are introduced to project development and the process required to gain funds to support new research. With assistance and supervision, students will develop a mature research proposal for a small project, such as would be submitted to a research or community funding agency. The proposal will concisely detail justification for the proposed work, including aims and objectives, expected outcomes and benefits, experimental methods and justification for their selection, resources required and their cost.
