Master of Applied Science (Chemistry) Thesis A KRA708

Hobart

Introduction

This unit builds on advanced chemistry units and applies theories and practical experience to a research environment. Students will develop the ability to identify important points of the topic of interest and perform a critical assessment of the ideas. Students choose the area of investigation in consultation with the unit coordinator and then are assigned an academic supervisor with expertise in the chosen area. The project report takes the form of a research outline. The results obtained during the project will be written up as a thesis and assessed. For further details contact the Degree Coordinator.
