Standing By celebrates the 35 year history of the Theatre Program at the Tasmanian College of the Arts. In presenting a series of production posters from the archive, we capture and share a snapshot of the rich tradition of theatre making that has maintained such a dominant and lasting presence in Tasmania over the years. In acknowledging our staff and alumni from the past, this exhibition serves as a reminder that where we are today is in every way connected to the traditions we inherit; at TCotA Theatre we acknowledge and celebrate this. Presented as part of the 125th birthday celebrations for the University of Tasmania throughout 2015, Standing By – Posters from the TCotA Theatre Program, will be on display until 18th September in the Corridor Space, Stone Building Inveresk.

The Academy Gallery 2015 exhibition program is presented in recognitition of the University of Tasmania's 125th Anniversary Celebrations.
