Join us at the Media School in Salamanca Square on the last Wednesday of every month from 4:15pm - 5:00pm for our 2022 Seminar Series, presenting research from our staff and students across a range of topics including film, television, journalism, radio, marketing and advertising, strategic communications, media research and events management.
From 15th January 2022, anyone coming to our campuses, facilities and events is required to be fully vaccinated or have an exemption. Masks must be worn in indoor public settings, including all university venues, from 12:01am, Tuesday 21 December 2021.

Wednesday 27 April 2022 Unruly bodies, unruly homes: The representation of housing on Australian TV as discipline and ideology. Presented by Dr Donald Reid, a lecturer at the UTAS Media School. He teaches across the program, in media studies, journalism and communications. His research interests include public health and media, education and media, and the media representation of nationalism and multiculturalism. Register to attend here
